Turkey & Avocado Grilled Cheese

When it comes to lunch ideas I usually get stuck at peanut butter and jelly. I have been trying to change it up and add some new foods to our routine. Avocado is a super food and luckily my boys love it. I also am a fan and I love that Wholly Guacamole now has minis that are perfect for lunch. Spread it on a sandwich or use it as a dip for chips or veggies! I used mine mine to make a turkey and avocado grilled cheese and ate the leftovers with some tortilla chips.

Eli @ 10 Months

I am a little late on posting our monthly update but our little man turned 10 months on the 2nd.
He is so full of life and energy with a lot of spunk and a little bit of attitude!
I don't think I have meet a baby with as big as of personality as our little Eli. He loves climbing, crawling, making a mess, and laughing a lot! Our monthly pictures seem to get harder and harder to take since he does not really enjoying sitting still. It's hard to believe I will be planning his first birthday in just a few months!

Pasta Threading: Fine Motor Activity for Toddlers

In Max's therapy we do a lot of fun fine motor activities that he really enjoys. Since I don't have all the fun tools that our therapists have we tried this easy game of pasta threading at home. Even if your child is not in or does not need therapy it is so important to build their fine motor skills. It's always a fun way to keep them busy at the table while you make dinner ;)

Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

These peanut butter brownie bites are a treat that I brought a long with me to our church class last Wednesday night. I made a lot of friends that night ;)
I love to cook and bake and share with others and I must say these peanut butter brownie bites have by far gotten me the most comments and compliments. Everyone loved them. Nothing taste better then a big spoon of peanut butter and since I new I would be eating most the peanut butter as I topped my brownies I used Skippy Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter

Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole

Every year for Christmas my family make an amazing cheesy potato casserole. It is my favorite dish and I look forward to it every year! I never make it during the year because I like to keep it special for all the holiday gatherings but I decided to try it out and pep it up a little. This time I added some Cure 81 cubed boneless ham, diced peppers and onions then called it dinner.
