This Sunday we tried a fun new spin on pizza during game time, pizza quesadillas!
I love Sundays, my wonderful hubby helped me catch up on housework and prepare for the week! I usually use Sunday as my catch up day. With Max in school or therapy every day during the week it is pretty easy to fall behind on all of the cleaning, laundry, and laundry, and laundry, I mean does that stuff ever have an end? I got everything washed, but getting it put away is another story.
Making this pizza quesadilla was actually easier and quicker then ordering a pizza!
Since I could eat mexican food morning, noon, and night I made Chad and I a mexican inspired fiesta breakfast bowl. I used ground turkey sausage and loaded it with veggies and salsa to make it healthy and it tasted great! Easy breakfast recipes are the best. I like my sleep, I have two young children I NEED my sleep. Therefore waking up 2-3 hours early to make breakfast when it isn;t a holiday just isn't happening in my house! This breakfast took a quick 10 minutes and my family loved it!
We love fall in my house hold! Everything I will do for the next several weeks will revolve around pumpkins! Last week I got to take the boys to the pumpkin patch in town and they had a blast! Then we came home and they took really great naps after, isn't that why we take our kids to these activities anyway? The boys of had a lot of fun playing in the corn kernels, painting pumpkins, and in the bouncy houses! I just had to bring some fall right inside so we made a fun fall sensory box.
